the staff was attentive, which met my expectations.

i found the road leading to the hotel to be quite poor. it was the worst road i experienced (during my trip). i think the hotel needs to address the road conditions to improve accessibility .

the staff greeted us warmly and ensured we felt at home. every request was met with a smile. .. it was ideal escape from the hustle. the variety of dishes catered to all tastes. the chefs delivered on flavor and quality.

i found the location a little distant from some restaurants.

A reasonable stay, but some drawbacks

The staff were very kind and accommodating. They responded quickly to requests. The food was tasty with many choices. I found the breakfast selection luxury.

The resort is distant from local amenities. Restaurants and shops are not within easy walking distance. The road to the hotel needs maintenance. It is full of puddles and bumps.

the staff remembered my preferences, a great touch. i liked the flowers around the hotel and the jasmine scent. the pool was quiet and the staff brought fresh towels. the room was spacious and the bed was soft.

The staff was super helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. the room included a balcony. shuttle services ran three times a day downtown. This was a great bonus.
